My Personal Challenge Quickly Became a Movement
In December 2020 I set out with the idea of a personal challenge campaign to raise money for a select group of Massachusetts-based charitable organizations. I established a personal $5,000 match goal, which meant a potential $10K for charity. After a swift and overwhelming response, we met the $5,000 goal in just a couple of days, so I increased my personal match to $15,000, which was reached in just under a week. When all was said and done we raised over $68,000 in just 3 short weeks. Since 2020 Malloy Will Match has raised $225,780 for over 15 different Massachusetts-based charitable organizations.
